Tag-along with Bev as she administers grants, buys inventory, completes a cistern.
    * Stay at the Children's Home, hotels, guest house, etc
    * Help complete a cistern for water catchment
    * Travel to western Kenya to help with the Distance Learning Center
    * Meet artists, and purchase inventory
    * See the rugged and beautiful country
    * Visit a National park and see lions, rhino, giraffe, and more
    * Come home new friends and memories that last .

This is a rural community learning center.  Come teach or create learning aids.
Travel with others from Boston or we meet you in Nairobi
     *Travel through scenic villages and towns
     * Teach a short workshop in your area of expertise from cooking to computers
     * Visit the primary and secondary schools
     * Visit a Game  Park and see lion, rhino, giraffe, elephant and more
     * Visit JWHS and kick a soccer ball around with "our boys".

PASTORALIST GIRLS: Community Education 2012
This is a rural community education journey to educate a pastoralist community about FGM / EFM and educating the girl child.
Travel with others from Boston or we meet you in Nairobi
     *Travel through scenic villages and towns
     * Conduct community education workshops in school, and village
     * Visit the site of the Ariemet-Kiulea Girl's Rescue Center
     * Visit a Game  Park and see lion, rhino, giraffe, elephant and more
     * Visit and talk with girl's who have been placed in Homes and Schools.

Secondary School or Computer Teaching; Teacher's Aid
From Nairobi travel to the Joseph Waweru Home School to meet the children and settle in. The next day, stroll to Mema Secondary School where they staff and administration welcome visiting teachers and assistants.  Teach in the secondary school classrooms; develop teaching aids or tutor students. Visit the village, homes, gardens and people of this beautiful area of Kenya. Enjoy a day in Nakuru National Park before flying back to share your adventure.

 Rural Relaxation Journey

From Nairobi travel to the Joseph Waweru Home School to meet the children and rest. Then enjoy a journey back in time as you leave the hustle and bustle behind to travel into the interior of Kenya. After a full day of rough riding, arrive at a lovely Guest house where you may hide on the porch and write while you observe the scenery around you, take hikes into the bush, visit the schools, homes and traditional village homes while you enjoy the people of Kenya. just as you are ready to move on we return to the children's home, a visit to the National Park and shopping for your souveniers before you travel back refreshed and ready to share your adventure.

A Service Journey can be scheduled for you alone or for your group any time during the year.
