Expanding Opportunities is a non-profit organization dedicated to expanding educational and societal opportunities for people nationally and internationally. Currently, the focus of service is in the developing country of Kenya, Africa. Founded in 1999, the organization has five main projects:

Street Children Fund
STEMS (Success Through Education, Money and Support)
Friends Across the Ocean
Artisan Support
Camp Forest

A small governing board guides the projects of Expanding Opportunities. The board consists of nine members with the following designated positions:

President/Chief Executive Director, Beverly Gilbert Stone
Treasurer, Adam Stone
Secretary, Nancy Foreman

The Board meets monthly to direct the operations of the organization and to discuss fundraising strategies and the progress of the projects.

Expanding Opportunities is also a Registered NGO in Kenya. A small governing board works with the USA board to administer the projects.
